If accessWidget’s interface is displayed on your site but the buttons aren't clickable, or nothing happens when you click them, there may be a script conflict on your site. This is usually easy to fix.
To check for a script conflict
- Open your site in Google Chrome.
- Press the F12 key to open the Developer Tools panel. Don't worry if it seems intimidating, we'll guide you every step of the way.
- Select the Console tab.
- Refresh the page.
- Once the page has refreshed, look in the Console tab for the word accessiBe underlined in red.
If you see this, it indicates a script conflict. Contact our support team through our website chat or at support@accessibe.com and we'll help you fix it quickly.
